Precious find!

I have been looking for a thin bangle with a dangling charm. I saw it first when I attended a concert recently and saw the singer's hand looked amazingly gorgeous with this type of accessories. It was so simple that it was perfect as I'm very much into the 'classics' design.

I browsed the web so that I can use it as reference when I visit the jewellers. But none knew what I was talking about, even with the help of the images.

But when I went back to Ipoh last weekend, unexpectedly I found it! I just had to share this with you! Bought it one of the stores in Ipoh Parade for only RM39.90 and it's stainless steel, even better for my daily use!

Bubis International (and Ds as well!)

Yeah, you read it right. Bubis or Boobies. That's what we call each other, me and my girls. Obviously we have them, so why not use it to full advantage? LOL.

Who's the D then? Aaaahhhhh.... I let you figure that one out *smirk*

Meeting point was Coffee Bean, Pavilion. Our butts were hardened from 11am till 5pm, I think. I bet we got the most hate-stares when customers came in through the door and saw that we conquered all 6 tables.

I used to have this, Brek-O-Day quite frequently when I was with Prince Court. Miss those times!

Mmy Sabrina (Lola) came in with her sister, Shazia. Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous! I still remember Shazia when she was in her white baju kurung and blue kain, coming back from school and picking fights with her big sis :)

Then came Nisa, hubby and our junior whom apparently knows us and thinks we're cool (hahaha) but sadly none of us, ME ESPECIALLY remembers him. Sorry dude, now we know who you are.

Finally, Fizan & Atee arrived with baby Faith. Masya-Allah!!! She's so effing adorable! Dah macam baby Jopun!

Hey... we tried our very best. It was her first time meeting us okay.

We finally made a move. Wish we had more time but as cliché as it is, everyone of us have own lives to lead. So till next time, we hope that we can have a bigger gathering with more heads and little heads to join in, insya-Allah.

This date has been discussed and booked wayyyy in advance. 


You know that moment when you & your girls were laughing your heads off because off the silly marks you get in that literature monthly test and all of a sudden everyone's leading their life with hubby & kiddos? Yeap *sigh*


So on this occasion, we celebrated Awere's Birthday with a Sunday brunch at Dome's KLCC. Originally, I opted to go for Delicious at Duo Residency but apparently they're only open from 12pm onwards. Daily. Then why would you put breakfast on your menu then?? Shheeessh.


Like always, we bitch about the bitches in our lives. Yada yada yada... mmm yummy this shake is so nice... talk about problems... camwhore time... future planning for next gathering... slurpp slurrpp chomp chomp chomp... and moved to CBLT for drinks and photobooth (courtesy of the ever-so-creative Siti Zainal).

Afterwards, me & him head to Shah Alam for the bazaar at Anggerik Mall. It was alright, but ended up buying baju kurung at one of the boutique, while he blissfully bought things for his cam at the bazaar.

We love kedai Kak Nita!

That's not the real name though. We named it in such way because this naan stall is located near a mega huge billboard with Anita Sarawak on it.

But the cheese naan and the tandoori? Heaven. 

What we had:

Double cheese naan

Tandoori chicken

Chicken + beef satays

Fresh orange & starfruit juice

Directions to this amazing stall:

Head to Ampang Point. When it's on your left, maintain right lane and take right at the traffic light. Just follow the road and take 3 rights, you will see the gaudy-makdatin furniture shop on the right. The stalls are on your left at a corner, near the music shop.

Mother's Day Celebration with Ayah

To those who doesn't know, my dear mak passed away last year while performing her umraa with ayah - 10 April 2011. This is my mak, I still get freaking mad when people say that she's no longer here.  To me, she's still around... We just can't see her. And she's in Tanah Haram, resting there. Waiting for all of us to be re-united with her. So my mak is still around, she's just not in Malaysia.

So this year's Mother's Day, I decided to celebrate it with ayah. He has, after all, became my mak. Of course, sans the girly-girly advice... ;)


Persuaded him to go to KLCC on Sunday (trust me, I used all the excuses) and he finally agreed when I influenced  him to go check out Galaxy Note. Hah! Ayah and gadgets, inseparable!


As we had late brunch, ayah said he wanted a hot drink and some scones. SCONES! It was slightly after 2pm. Brought him to Dome's and guess what? He ordered the grilled beef steak.

Turban Princess
